The property market comeback
This post is about the recent changes in buyer sentiment in the property market, specially in Sydney and Melbourne, from the perspective of a Melbournian looking to buy a first home. In my opinion, three fundamental changes have brought buyers back into the game. #1. The Liberal's win #2. APRA easing #3. Rate cuts
